The Information Technology department is responsible for supporting the daily operations and technical needs of all divisions within the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office. They are responsible for technical support 24/7 and 365 days a year and provide an average of 99.99% uptime of emergency essential systems.

 

The IT staff is composed of experienced professionals that have worked in multiple facets of industries ranging from Military, defense contracting, corrections, biomedical research, construction, law enforcement, and IT consulting. They stay in tune with the latest technology concepts and use their expertise to improve on current processes. They provide solutions that can increase productivity, reduce costs and provide a better work-life by using technology to eliminate and/or reduce unnecessary processes.
