How quickly a year passes…

It hardly seems it was a year ago, January 3, 2017, that Sheriff Noel E. Stephen was sworn in as sheriff of Okeechobee County.

It was a year in which we accomplished many things and fulfilled pledges made to the public. And, of course, we owe a debt of gratitude to the people of Okeechobee County who have stood by the Sheriff’s Office over the past year. The command staff that was put in place a year ago and the rank structure that was adopted will serve well for our future. Congratulations for a job well done Sheriff Noel E. Stephen and staff.
